I found your communication of the 7th inst upon reaching my office.

I have ordered Fifty suits of clothes including blankets for'd to Mr Mostyn for your use.  He shall render you all the assistance ossible whenever you call for it.

I directed Mr M. to issue rations hereafter on your certificates only and requested him to confer with you on all matters of importance coming before him.

I gave the General your statement in relation to the attempt to dissolve the incorporation of your town.  He will see Mr Crenshaw and other members of the Legislature today and will point out to them the evil resulting from such an act.

I shall be glad to hear from you at any time and also to see you in the office.
