Ala Sir Your communication of the 5" inst stating a case of murder which occurred near your place is received. If you will forward to this office all the details of the case with the names of the parties who committed the murder, name of the soldier murdered, and the names of the witnesses, and the information as to where the parties are now living, every endeavor will be made to bring the guilty to justice.
