Sub Asst Commissioner Montgomery Ala Sir: I send you herewith Three Hundred (300) Soup Tickets of different colors for the different meals of the day these will be endorsed by you, and the number of pints of soup written upon the face by yourself or the Committee. They are numbered "Kitchen No 1" and "Kitchen No 2" supposing that you will establish at least two Kitchens. You will use your own discretion in the selection of colored and whites upon Committees, and the arrangement of Kitchens for white and colored, separate or together.
