Endorsement on application of Mrs Harriet M. Barnard to have certain property situate near Huntsville, Ala, restored to her &c and Freedman removed.

Respectfully informed to Brig Gen'l C.B. Fisk Asst Coms'r  Nashville Tenn who will please give Mrs Barnard all the assistance possible in removing from her plantation negroes who are upon it without proper authority. It is understood that a large number are there who properly belong else where.

It is impossible to procure the detail of Capt W.A. Poillon from the War Dept. Col G.D. Robinson Supt &c will relieve Capt Poillon at once and order him to report to Hd Qrs Dept of Alabama for orders. If there is no officer at Claiborne to take his place. Col Robinson will apply to the District Commander to have one assigned.
