Respectfully forwarded to the Chief Q.Mas. Dept for his information and orders as to the disposition of the buildings named, and with the recommendation that they be sold as they stand. These buildings were all created by the Confederate Government

Approved and respectfully forwarded to C. Cadle A.A.G  B.R.F. & A.Lands State Ala. At my suggestion Lt O'Connor went in search of the stolen mules and actually incurred the expenses within stated for the purpose of recovering said mules. They have been found and are now in his charge.
