Respectfully referred to Judge Harper.
The boy Madison is evidently able to support himself and to assist in the support of his mother. The mother as the natural guardian of the child should be consulted in the apprenticing of the boy. It is respectfully requested of Judge Harper that he order the parties to appear before him and re-examine the case and, if he finds that the mother is not willing to have the boy apprenticed and that the boy is able to assist in her support to annul the Indenture.
