I learned from the Probate Judge of this County that the within mentioned  Children were bound to Mrs. Wallace under the laws of the State Jany 19" 1866 Mr Wallace informs me that the children were bound at the Mothers request, but that he would send the children to my office any time that I will notify him to do so.
