The within case is not one where Military interference is considered necessary The Civil law affords to every one charged with committing a bartable offence a mode of procuring his liberty. A writ of Habeas Corpus should be taken out and if the court decide that the prisoner can be bailed a bond can be given for his appearance. He cannot be pardoned before conviction.
