Rome, Ga. for further information in this case, also where Jacksonville is, in what state, and the present resident of this man Frank, also if possible ascertain what his connection with the Bureau has been, and his account of the manner in which he obtained this clothing.

State of Ga., with the information that Jacksonville is in Alabama, and is the present residence of the man Frank who is U.S. Tax assessor for that District. I cannot learn what connection he has had with the Bureau or definitely as to any. He claims to have purchase the clothing from Q.M. Dept. at Nashville, Tenn.
