Respectfully referred to Lieu. Gen. P. Sherwood U.S.A. Sub. Asst Comm. at Talladega Ala. who will at once proceed to Jacksonville Ala and investigate the charges against Mr Jno Kibbin Clerk. If as charged Mr. Jno Kibbin has been habitually drunk upon duty, he will at once be suspended and his accounts for services up to date of suspension will be forwarded for payment, with the recommendation for revocation of his appointment.
The Office at Jacksonville will then be discontinued and the Property removed to Talladega.
