I have the honor to request that a morning report of the colony and Hospitals of Freedmens Bureau that draw rations from the Post Commissary be forwarded to these Hd. Qrs. each day in which rations are drawn. The abstracts of the Post Commissary have to be approved at these Hd. Qrs. and I desire to compare the Reports and Returns.
