Dear Doris. We had a light covering of snowing during the night & the thermometer is 40°. the rain this morning has left the ground most bare again and we are glad to see it go. its still raining and I am glad hope it doesn't stop till a few more hours it said rain in the last nights Enterprise but then it snowed & now it rains just enough to take away the snows & its most all gone it wont be slippery anymore. Mrs Barry had her doctor & hope now her knee will grow better instead of worse. he told her to keep of her feet & guess she will have to till it begins to heal. I try to help her all I can. the pain is still bad to stand & it swell. she goes with sometimes a crutch & then a cane. She has to keep off her feet all she can. I am worried blue. I must tell you before I forget it, your bundle arrived Saturday safe & sound. I guess you are having more spring like weather than we are here. nothing seems to be showing like it here the cold is we get from Canada is enough to prevent things from starting
