Dear Ma!

A dark rainy morning. Doris is finishing a couple of her papers + going back to teach this pm. after lying abed all yesterday. She feels better and had an exam tonight.

I went to the play [[underlined]]Come back little Sheba[[/underlined]] and didn't get home till nearly 12, - am short on sleep today with 5.30 rising. The song sparrows are beginning to trill mornings now, but it isn't very bright yet - will be another month before daylight comes anywhere near our rising hour., and then we will have daylight saving put on us!

Most time for Sue and I must fly. Hope you had a good party -
Doris.
