me on account of their son I owe him any unbonded acknowledement for curing me of that terrible pain I was in Erving didn't know what it was but he did I must admit, he cured you of your scarlet fever & left you free from a kidney trouble. but doctors dont always know what it is that ails you. I hope by now you have recieved my letter I sent Thursday she put it in the office when she went down to Chicataubut meeting. 
She is getting ready to entertain her friends on Tuesday she expects to have stable full here to play cards. she will furnish all the grub. I guess it will be a happy day & I shall have a good time their being here it will help break the monotony & give me something to think of dinner is ready.
