I have the honor to transmit herewith the application of Pleasant O'Neal for arrears of pay and Bounty due her deceased son John O'Neal, who was a private in Company "G" 110th U.S.C. Infty, also application of same woman, on same account, for Pension

Also Power of Attorney Executed by Lewis Chapman, appointing Bv't Maj William Fowler A.A.G. B R F & A L his attorney to collect a claim due said Chapman, on account of services of his deceased son Seth Chapman.
