Colonel,

I have the honor to return enclosed papers in the claims for bounty of the following named men:

Joseph Westcott, Pvt. Co. "K" 76" Rgt. U.S.C.T.
James Washington, Pvt. Co. "K" 76" Rgt. U.S.C.T.

It appears from the records on file at the A.G.O. that the enlistments of these men date May 1865. April 30" 1865, being the date on which volunteering with bounty ceased, the men cannot recover bounty from the U.S.

Please acknowledge receipt of discharges.

Very Respectfully
