Stores and ascertained the deficiency to be as follows:

Spiritus Vini Gallice (25) Twenty five (32 oz) Bottles
Spiritus Frumenti (13) Thirteen (32 oz) Bottles
Vinum (5) Five (32 oz) Bottles

From the evidence adduced the Board is of the opinion that the loss occurred after the stores were shipped by the Medical Purveyor at New Orleans, and previous to their coming into the possession A A Surg H E. Williams, and that neither Ass't Surg C B. White Medical Purveyor at New Orleans, nor H E Williams A.A. Surg U.S.A. are in any way responsible for the loss.

There being no further business before it, the Board adjourned Sine Die.
