Sir

A number of cases have this day been brought before me. Claiming stock abandoned by the U.S. Govment and among the number wer some from the plantation of Judge Bragg.

When the case of the latter was called Genl Bragg as the agent of Judge Bragg produced the following orders and upon that order I based my decisions which was that the Mules belonged to the place. There being no contest as to the correctness of said claim that is that they came within the ruling of the order to Judge Bragg. To this decision the contestants appeal to you.
