Sir
In the trial of the right of property before me this day between Mrs Nall & Col Man Adam for a horse, I decided that the horse belonged to [[strikethrough]] Mrs [[/strikethrough]] Adam but the contestant brought in a claim for board for this horse of forty (45) five dollars and board for Adam "Col" he staying there without contract and part of the time sick allowing him to bring in all the ofsells, he could he was still left in Mrs Nalls debt to the amount of (66) sixty six dollars which I thought was just an reasonable. He was at her house for nine months
I told him when he paid her he could get the Mule. To this he asks for an appeal which is respectfully granted
Very Respectfully
