T. W. Mostyn I have assigned to issuing of Rations, Mr. Marra the clerk, is a very worthy and able young gentleman, whom I request to be retained in his position.
I have spoken to the colored population last Sunday in connection with Judge Porter; I was well received.
Please inform me of the precise Counties entitled to Rations at this Post. I would also refer to you enclosed claim of Dr. Mills, who has and is still attending small pox cases for destitutes.
I am Colonel
Very Respectfully
