The Government has cut off his usual supplies & the result is that some of the people are nearly destitute. Can there not be some means devised for their immediate relief.  If you can invent some means of assistance it will be a great occasion for gratitude and
rejoicing.
He does not blame the whites but speaks kindly of them but all are suffering from the drought.
