I have the honor to Report:
That I have obtained tolerably certain assurance that there are two schooners fitted out, ostensibly to run from this port to Pensacola, but really to concentrate negroes at Pensacola, or some contiguous point, for shipment to Cuba for sale. The proof is at hand.
