Dear Doris

We are having cool and cloudy weather. for the time of year we miss the sun hope it comes out this afternoon. I may have to put on my blankets to sleep in the thermometer the radio says it going up this afternoon, we hope it does. I have been lonesome since you left, shall be glad when its time for you to come back. She is going down this afternoon, to the beauty parlor to have her hair fixed and tomorrow to Chiestaubut club. Doris glasses will be sent along by her then. I must try to call up the boy to mow our lawn. We have had so many rains, the grass is quite high and needs mowing before it gets any higher.
