Proceedings of a Board of Survey which convened at the office of the A.C.S. B.R.F & A.L at Selma Ala in obedience to the following order

A Board of survey is hereby ordered to convene at the office of the A.C.S. B.R F.&.A.L at Selma Ala at 10 oclock this day or as soon thereafter as practicable to examine into and report upon a deficiency said to exist between a certain lot of Corn shipped by Lt. Joseph Logan A.A Q.M. B.R.F & A.L. at Mobile Ala. and the actual amount received at this Post and for which 1st Lieut Geo. Shorkley U.S.A. & A.C.S. B.R.F. &. A.L. at Selma Ala is responsible. 

There being no other officer for duty at this Post 1st Lieut F T. Adams 33rd U.S. Infantry will compose the Board
