I have the honor to return herewith papers pertaining to misuse to Gov't supplies in Monroe County, together with report of M. McCovey Judge of Probate, and letter of T. H. Mauldin in relation thereto.

Upon an examination of the Returns of Jack P. Richardson. Dist Ag't of Mobile, it appears that he turned over to Garland Goods 135 sacks corn, and 5 bbls Port, Dec 3, 1866. and that Goods, through his agent Stallworth, sold 2 bbls Pork, and 90 sk's (about 200 Bus) of Corn at prices ranging from 75¢ to 2.05 as stated in the report of Mr McCovey. the whole probably realizing $450.00
