These supplies were delivered to Mr Goode for the poor of Monroe Co. and the remainder, 45 sk's Corn and 2 bbls Pork, - after making the sale - were turned over to Mr Simmons, Co Agent. May 14, 1867.

I would recommend that Mr Goode, and his Agent Hallworth be proceeded against under provisions of an "Act to provide for the distribution of supplies to the destitute, and to provide for the punishment of Officers and others for their misapplication" approved Feb 19, 1867.
