further state that in the present condition of the laws of the country with the office of Probate Judge in the hands of a man who has fought through the rebellion to keep the colored race in Slavery and the prejudices against the black race, they do not believe that justice will be done them in the premises if the present court be allowed to adjudicate upon their rights in the case - They therefor pray the Assistant Commissioner of the Freedman's Bureau to order and direct said Judge of the Probate Court of Limestone County to admit said will to record and to take no further action in the premises except to give to these deponents a certified copy of said will and further these deponents say not -
