Sir:

certain affidavits having been filed in my office by Richard and Jane Harris setting forth the fact that the last will and testament of one Mr W. Harris deceased is about to be contested before your honorable Court; they claiming that the terms of the will makes them the largest legatees and further swear that they verily believe they will not receive Justice in your Court. You will therefore take notice that it is ordered that further proceedings in the case will be suspended until further orders from the Asst. Comr. You will in the mean time admit the will to record in your office furnishing each of the cold legatees a certified copy thereof.
