General,

I had the honor on Monday last of submitting to the Commissioners  Court, or County Authorities, your proposition to turn over to Said Authorities, your Hospital at this place, together, with all your rights of Hospital Supplies &c.
 
As the presiding Officer of this Court, I am instructed in reply to say, that they are willing to take charge of, and provide for, at the expense of the County, all the inmates of your Hospital who are Citizens of this County, provided, that you will at the same time, turn over to the County a proportion of your Hospital Stores &c.
