Lieutenant:
I have the honor respectfully to report that Private Donelson of the detachment on duty here. has already been guilty of drunkenness and disorderly conduct, such as quarrilling with the other enlisted men, and entering private houses, mistreating the inmates, inquiring their property, &c.
I would respectfully ask orders to return him to his company.
