command, and while Frank had expressed that he would not be able  feed his employees, there is no evidence that he ever failed to feed him, but that the negro quit because he thought he could do better elsewhere the contract being an entire one, he forfeited all rights under it, if he quit a single day before the time stipulated, It would be proper for me to say that while I have had no opportunity to observe the judicial bearing of Justice Boswell  towards this class of our population, I regard him and he is so regarded by the community generally as a christian gentleman
The question arises now whether this case ought not to be governed by the Statute of repose after it was virtually discontinued by the prosecution, and the money paid over and gone entirely beyond the reach of any civil process of the Magistrate. The plaintiff could have appealed to the Circuit County if he had desired, but this he has failed to do. No execution can issue from the Justice Court against the defendant as there is no judgment against him and there is no process by which he can be reached except by certiorari unless the Gov thinks proper to use force, which is not at all likely, as I know it will indulge every reasonable presumption in favor of the ruling of the court The Magistrate is not to because as he has
