Dear Sir

Pardon me for troubling you with a fine interrogatories:

1st Are there any provisions made for relieving the sufferings of the poor Blacks in procuring medical aid I have been doing a good deal of charitable practice upon this class and will be compelled to quit it unless some arraingement can be made. Other Physicians in the Community has been and are still refusing to do the practice Please let me hear from you on this subject The County in its perilous condition are doing nothing in this way
