May 1867, One J. B McCall as Exs. of Est of Jno A McRae obtained a Judgment in said Court for the sum of $684.10 bonds costs against one M C. Williams and said B. S Meadows, Thos. Williams is insolvent & give into Bankruptcy, that said B.S. Meadows is only a surety on both of said Debts, and both of said Debts were made before the year, when [[strikethrough]] all [[/strikethrough]] the the principals in both cases were solvent, and the Plffs neglected to sue until after the war, and now the effect of such Levies and sales by said Executrix will not only totally ruin, and empoverish said Annie N Meadows, and the said B.S.
