10 Every conceivable technicality is resorted to, so far as I can see, to render me liable, and to deprive me of my just credits. I am besides put to very heavy outlay & expenses. Other matters equally unjust but of smaller amount have been insisted on against me. I did as well for the estate as I could; but I thought it right to pay some respect to her wishes and those of the judge.
