Mr Swain I [[synnixles?]] is in the [[calulose?]] of Wetumpka and fo have not got eny friends to goon his Bon I have bin Working at Mrs Banesters this year the neightbors of My settlemet have Bin trying to run me off of her place from my Work 
When they found that it woud not do then they tried to Acuse me and this WOman of living in Adultry and they have not got no plain evidense and have put me up on imprison and have got me in the guard house I Was down there on 15 of september to see you and you Was not there and your cleark told me to go on back to Work and if they trouble me to Write to them and I have done What you told me to do I can prove my self clear if they Would have the tryel A colerd man Was in your office on the 15 of september I have A Wife of my own without libing with eny woman have I not the rite to go and attend to my buisness and this woman is a loyel woman I please write what do Write to Juge Reedy
