Pursuant to orders I proceeded to Russell Co Ala, for the purpose of investigating a certain matter in controversy between Emanuel de Launney, Rasmus de Launney, Green de Launney, Stephen de Launney & fifteen other hands and one J.A. Shingleur

After hearing the evidence on both sides, I am clearly of opinion
