If the meat was offered on or before the 20th of May (as much time was granted by an Endorsement on Mr. Nettleton's copy of the Agreement) it should have been inspected at once and accepted if the inspection report was favorable. 

If the time had passed, it was at your discretion to accept or not. But as you need supplies, it would seem better to receive even now all that passes inspection, than to subject Mr. Nettleton to a heavy loss. In agreeing to deliver supplies, he assumes all risks and pays all expenses of insurance, freight,etc.
