Dear Sir. In "General Orders No. 3. Head Quarters District of Alabama, April 16th 1867," with reference to the apprenticing of minors, "it is enjoined upon Probate Judges upon application, to revise the action in such cases, and as a rule to revoke indentures made of minors who were capable of self support."
In order that the requirements of the order referred to may be complied with in this Court, I wish to know at what age, or under what circumstances a child would be considered capable of self support. Also, who would have the right to make such application, and whether such revision or revocation would be required in cases where the apprentice is satisfied
