would a rejection of the application be a violation of said "General Orders No. 3."? And in the event that said application should be granted, and the letter of apprenticeship revoked, would the minor (who is over 
fourteen years of age) have the right to choose a guardian for herself, to be appointed by the Court? Neither the applicant nor the master was the former owner of the girl. Please let me hear from you soon, on this subject, that any action in the premises may be legal.
