RULES
FOR
ADVISORY COMMITTEES.

ORGANIZATION.
The Committee may consist of not exceeding thirty-six members, provided, however, that there shall not be more than three members for each thousand inhabitants residing within the vicinity of, and liable to be influenced by the Bank.
The Committee may be composed of pastors in charge of churches, and teachers in charge of schools located within the town or city, or such other persons as may be elected; provided, however, that no pastor or teacher shall be a member of the Committee when, in his church or school, persons are proscribed on account of color. The Cashier shall be ex-officio a member of the Committee.
The Advisory Committee shall not be considered  duly organized until the persons recommended to constitute the same shall have been reported by name to the Central Office, and duly confirmed as members of such Committees by the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees are authorized to propose persons for membership of the various Advisory Committees, and such propositions of the Board, when made, will be promptly acted upon by said Committees, who will report their actions to the principal office.
All actions of Advisory Committees shall be promptly communicated to the Board of Trustees, at the central office of the Company; and any such action as
