Proceedings of a Board of Survey, convened at Demopolis Alabama pursuant to the following order: viz:

I: A Board of Survey is hereby appointed to convene at the office of the Sub Assistant Commissioner B.R.F. & A.L Lands at Demopolis Ala, at 10' o'clock A.M. on the 10" inst: or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the purpose of ascertaining the cause and extent of the loss of certain Quartermaster and Commissary Property, said to have been stolen from the Warehouse at that place on the night of the 20" December 1867 and for which P.E. O'Connor (late Brv't Captain V.R.C. A.A.Q.M. B.R.F. & A.L.) is responsible.
