left his fatherin Laws just before they got there that they said O'Connor and Hayden proceeded to search the House of said Hilliards father in Law and found therein two Govt. Overcoats new and just exactly such as were in said Govt. Warehouse Two pairs of Govt. Pants. one pair of shoes some Coffee and sugar and two Cans of Green Corn, all claimed by said O'Connor as property of the Govt. that they proceeded to another house and near the first searched and found one Govt. over Coat and one Jacket claimed by said O'Connor as Govt. property and said by the man in possession to have been sold to him by Hilliard Haywood. That he said Hayden turned said goods over to Thomas O'Connor and came home. That these are all the material facts in his knowledge in connection with the theft aforesaid.
