I have the honor to renew application of the 2nd ult from this office, for "Acts of Congress" relative to payment of bounty to Colored Soldiers, and the following Blanks, Viz.; 
Ten(10) Declarations for arrears Pay and Bounty (Discharged Soldiers)
Ten (10) applications disch. - Soldiers for additional bounty.
