In reply to your communication of the 17th inst. I have the honor to say that the Bill of Lading issued by J. W. Sunderland, D.O. for Miss., for Blinds &c from Selma Ala to Talladega, Ala., upon the transfer of the freight from the Meridian to the Tennessee Depot, was found in the hands of the Agent of Selma, Rome & Dalton R.R. and has been used to cover transportation of the freight in question to Talladega, Ala.
