I have the honor to submit the following in reference to the Selma School House, for the erection of which, Four Thousand (4000) Dollars was authorized to be expended by Special Orders No. 107, current series from your Office.
Up to the first of the present month $2566.63 of the above appropriation had been expended in the purchase of material and the hire of labor; leaving an unexpended balance of $1433.37.
The following Estimate is made of cost of material and labor, which is thought necessary to finish the building; viz.;
For Shingles $204.00
For Brick 108.
For Brackets and Moulding 112.
For Gutters and Pipe (of Tin) 200.
Am't. carried forward $624.00
