I have the honor to request, that the following named articles, in quantities indicated, be provided, for the indigent Freedpeople in the Freedmen's Hospital at Selma Ala. under charge of Acting Assistant Surgone, W. E. Burleigh USA viz. Two Hundred and Fifty. -- 250 -- yards of Osnaburg: One Hundred and Fifty -- 150 -- yards of Shirting: one -- 1 -- gross of Buttons (porcelain); one-- 1 -- pound of Thread: Six -- 6 -- spools of Thread, (fie) and six -- 6 -- papers of Needles (assorted).
