Settled, woman & man separating. She to have their child seven years old, impossible to make them agree to live together |

| Henry McKinsey complains about a mule being taken from him which was hired to him for year 1867. Works on Mr Bennett Plantation | Wrote a letter to Mr. William Bennett advising him to indemnify Henry for the mule & for his trouble. |
