The market project is still hanging fire. The attorney, Schlegel, thinks it unsafe unless the market people assume part of the building financing and whether they will or not remains to be seen. Not if they can get some one else to take all the risk for them I suppose. Egbert has, at last, landed a house to paint I think. He went to see the owner three times about it and the man is coming out to look it over on Sunday & will let him know then. It is not
