sell the 50 feet till there comes a big jump in the price, which will come when [[strikethrough]] there [[/strikethrough]] real estate comes back. There is not so very much space left on Market & a good lease on a building would enable me to sell to advantage, but I would rather hold it for five years. It should then buy about thirty or forty thousand at the least judging by the way they are selling farther up the street at the present time. I'll enclose two clippings so you may see. I am not sorry I made the trade for old dwellings on an old street are depreciating all the time while this property is coming up. If I can only hold it, I'm sure I'll be able to find some way out. Egbert is too busy & too tired to think very much about it. Each new building that goes up helps to dispose of vacant land.
