 your wellcom letter came to me today and finds us all well.  we was very glad to here from you.

I am very sorry that I am mistaking in my selecting their ranch. I am sorry not for this only but I been talking with the man that owns the place about it. you are right in saying thats too much land or too much for the rounds. but we dont care for that as long as we can make the ranch pay for itself in 4 or 5 years and this will do it. we are going to try hand to get a land of some
